A man aged 48 was detained by police on suspicion of sexual exploitation of three minor. According to police, the Noi individual was detained and later arrested for 30 days after he had sexually abused three minor of 11, 14 and 15 who belong to the vulnerable families.


In documenting, it was established that the man entertained for a year with three minor sexual reports.

Similarly, investigations on the case have noted that man to reach his goal identify potential victims in rural vulnerable, recruit them by deceit and abuse of vulnerability at the same time get them precious gifts and gave them money.

Also, the investigations have established that the suspect in the period of 2015 through deception to obtain parental consent one of the victims, was led by the Russian Federation, Tyumen region, where the same has been subjected to sexual abuse.
